Welcome to the **QUEER WORK OUT CLASS**! Get ready to sweat, laugh, and feel fabulous in this inclusive and empowering workout session. Join us on Tuesdays at 7:00PM for a fun and energetic workout designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned gym-goer or a total newbie, this class is for you! Come as you are and let's get our sweat on together. See you there!

Featuring: Barbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, erg machines + good people!!!!

About me:

I'm Liana Giangiulio, a seasoned personal trainer with a proven track record of helping clients smash their fitness goals. As a 5’0” tiny but mighty powerhouse I’ve placed in Strongman competitions and actively pursue powerlifting, so I bring a disciplined and focused mindset to all my training sessions and programming. I’ve served over 200 individuals with aesthetic, strength, sport-specific, and pain management goals and I’m excited to have you join the Young Savage Fitness team!

Specialities include powerlifting, functional strength, kettlebell, strongman, and a BODY NEUTRAL approach to fitness. I pride myself in creating LGBT+ and size inclusive safe workout spaces. I have experience working with seniors, those with adaptive workout needs, and online coaching.
