What is your refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable.

What's included for a VIP ticket holder?

VIP tickets include expedited entry, table service for drinks and food, a dedicated VIP bar, and VIP-only access to luxury-style trailer bathrooms (with air-conditioning).

I bought a VIP Group Ticket - How do I make sure everyone in my group gets in?

Once you purchase a VIP Group Ticket, you will receive a code for your guests to access their ticket. * NOTE: If you buy a VIP ticket that is good for a Group of 6 (the primary ticket holder & purchaser +5 guests), the code you receive will only be redeemable five times before expiring.

Do I need to be 21? If I am 21, do I need to show ID?

Yes! This is a 21+ event. Regardless of age, you must present a legal form of ID to be checked before entering the events.

Can I bring my dog to Queer Garden events?

Well behaved dogs are welcome to the May 26th and September 1st events, however Pride is too loud and crowded to be safe for your furbaby. *NOTE: This is a NO re-entry event, so once you exit for any reason, you cannot come back in.

Once I leave the party, can I come back in?

There is NO re-entry. Once you exit the party, your bracelet will be removed, and you will not be able to re-enter for any reason.

Can I smoke at Queer Garden?

Although BK Backyard Bar is a fully outdoor venue, there is a dedicated smoking section. Please be respectful of those around you, and smoke only in the smoking section.

What kind of music can I expect from the DJs?

Every event will have 3-4 DJs. We only work with amazing, local, queer DJs. Each DJ has their own style of playing, but they all have the high energy to keep you dancing. You'll likely hear a mix of hip-hop, dance, throwbacks, house, pop, latin, reggae and more. For more info, check out our line-ups
