The NAAAP Boston Pride Committee exists at the intersections of Asian and queer identities.

We carry these identities beyond AAPI Heritage Month and Pride Month. For 365 days a year, we are leaders in activism and advocacy for LGBTQ+ rights and are a powerful representation of the AAPI community at large. We have played vital roles in shaping both communities through our social activism, community organizing, and sharing of our stories.

Our committee aims to empower, educate, engage, and celebrate the AAPI LGBTQ+ professional community and its allies by providing education, promoting visibility, and developing current and future leaders. At NAAAP Boston, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive space for you, wherever you are in your journey.

The National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP) is the premier leadership organization for Asian and Asian American professionals in Boston and across North America - with 20+ chapters, several thousand active members, and a reach of more than 20,000 professionals.

We equip AAPI professionals with the tools, support, and visibility they need to thrive while building a community that uplifts, connects, and embraces authenticity. For 40 years, NAAAP Boston has been igniting AAPI excellence - in every space, at every level, for every journey.
