Organized by

Established in 1982, Queensland Veterinary Specialists (QVS) is the first private, specialists hospital in Australia. Since this time, QVS and subsequently PetER have expanded to provide specialised and emergency patient care across a range of disciplines via referrals from other veterinarians. We receive referrals from all over Australia to our two Brisbane hospitals located in Stafford and Northlakes in Brisbane, Queensland.

We have an integral set of services available covering internal medicine, orthopaedic/soft tissue and neurosurgery, oncology, anaesthesia, dermatology, reproduction, cardiology, dentistry, diagnostic imaging, 24-hour emergency and critical care and physiotherapy.

Our onsite diagnostic imaging hub houses high field MRI, CT, ultrasound, multiple DR and fluoroscopy units. We have full time radiographers maximising the utility of these advanced tools. Both of our hospitals have been architecturally designed and built for purpose, ensuring maximum use of space whilst ensuring staff comfort and welfare is enhanced.
