Join us at UWA Physics for an exciting 8-week program where you'll discover the fascinating world of quantum technology! This in-person event is perfect for students in Years 5-10 who are eager to explore quantum ideas. Get hands-on with experiments and learn from experts. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to become a Quantum Explorer! No experience is necessary!
8 after-school sessions every Wednesday, starting May 7th and ending June 25th.
🌟 Open to all students in years 5, 6, 7, 8 , 9 , 10🌟
The Quantum Explorers STEM clubs will teach you about quantum science and computing.
What to Expect:
🔧 Explore quantum ideas in a fun and interactive way, including demonstrations, investigations and games!
⚛ Learn about quantum spin, quantum superposition and entanglement.
💻 Discover how quantum computers can solve problems exponentially faster than classical computers.
💡 Work in groups and make new friends!
Location: UWA School of Physics, Room G18.
Day: Wednesday, Term 2, Weeks 2-9 (May 7 - June 25th).
Time: 4.00 pm - 5.30 pm
What should I bring? Notebook and pen.
