No experience is needed at all. Whether this is your first time or your 50th, you’ll be guided every step of the way. This session is designed to support both beginners and experienced breathers alike.

Are there any health conditions that would prevent me from participating?

Accepted Answer

Breathwork is a powerful practice and may not be suitable for everyone. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, schizophrenia, or a history of seizures, please consult your doctor first and reach out to us if you have any concerns.

Can I come alone? Will I have to talk?

Yes, you’re more than welcome to come alone-many people do. Sharing is always optional. The space is here to meet you exactly where you are. There’s no pressure to speak, just permission to be fully yourself.
