<LI>Cancellations must be received in writing via email at <A HREF="mailto:uplinq.reg.external@qualcomm.com" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">uplinq.reg.external@qualcomm.com</A>.</LI>
<LI>Refunds will be issued less a 20% processing fee.</LI>
<LI>The deadline for cancellations is Wednesday, August 20, 2014.</LI>
<LI>Cancellations received after Wednesday, August 20, 2014 are not entitled to a refund. </LI>
