Quad State Veg Out 2024

The 2024 Quad State Veg Out is September 14th at the Washington County Ag Ed Center (Boonsboro) just south of Hagerstown, MD.

Learn about and enjoy vegan, vegetarian and flexitarian cooking & lifestyles, local farms, plants & produce, cooking/shopping tips, relaxation/fitness techniques (yoga, meditation, etc.), understanding CBD, hemp and associated flowers, community/nonprofit organizations, protecting the planet & limiting waste, and more! Live music by Miss Moon, Coalition 369 and Clendenen Brothers Bluegrass.

Kids 12 & under get in free. This is an all weather event.

Application to be a vendor at the 2024 Quad State Veg Out is free, However...

ALL VENDORS SHOULD BE "VEG OUT" THEMED.

IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:

FOOD VENDOR - $350 (24x18)

REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12x12)

* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.

*Electricity Package is $30 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.

*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration/payment is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.

Absolute Vendor Deadline For All Vendors is August 2, 2024. *Date subject to change based on vendor response.

All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).

While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.

Interstate Festival Group has produced over 60 festivals since 2014 including the Interstate Wine Fest, Quad State Beer Fests, Fall Back Wine Fest, Interstate Food Truck Festivals, Quad State Beer & Reggae Fest, Interstate Rock Fest and others. IFG's eight annual events attract, on average, over 2,500 attendees per event. Over $250,000 has been donated to regional nonprofits from these events.
