Immerse yourself in the offerings of over 75 regional flavor fanatical vendors, from seafood, to BBQ, to desserts, to an impressive array of regional beer, wine & spirits! Enjoy Outstanding Live Music From Brickyard Road (Lynyrd Skynyrd Tribute), Leggz - A Tribute To ZZ Top, and another awesome band TBA!! Fun contests and games for adults and kids 12 & under get in free & enjoy fun kids activities! The 2024 Quad State Rock 'N Flavor Fest is August 10th at the Washington County Ag Ed Center (Boonsboro) just south of Hagerstown, MD. This is an all weather event. The Quad State Flavor Fest has joined forces with the Quad State Beer Fest, Interstate Wine Fest, Quad State Pickle Fest, and Interstate BBQ Expo in forming the Quad State Rock 'N Flavor Fest 2024: A Righteous Food & Music Experience!
Application to be a vendor at the 2024 Quad State Rock 'N Flavor Fest is free, However...
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
FOOD VENDOR - $150 (24x18)
REGULAR VENDOR - $150 (12x12)
* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.
*Electricity Package is $30 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.
Absolute Vendor Deadline For All Vendors is July 12, 2024.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.

Interstate Festival Group has produced over 60 festivals since 2014 including the Interstate Wine Fest, Quad State Beer Fests, Fall Back Wine Fest, Interstate Food Truck Festivals, Quad State Beer & Reggae Fest, Interstate Rock Fest and others. IFG's eight annual events attract, on average, over 2,500 attendees per event. Over $250,000 has been donated to regional nonprofits from these events.
