The 2024 Quad State Pickle Fest (MAIN EVENT) is now TWO DAYS: Saturday, May 18th, 12pm-8pm -&- Sunday, May 19th, 11am-6pm in Boonsboro, MD. Indulge yourself in everything pickles, from pickle pizza to pickle jewelry, and for adults, perhaps pickle margaritas or pickle beer. Incredible live music featuring Groovalicious & The Reagan Years (Saturday) -&- Kelly Bell Band & The Amish Outlaws (Sunday) Kids 12 & under get in free. Tickets On Sale & Vendor Application Open as of October 12, 2023.
ALL V ENDORS ARE REQUIRED OPERATE **BOTH** DAYS. Failure to comply will result in not being considered for any future IFG event.
Application to be a vendor at the 2024 Quad State Pickle Fest is free, However...
IF APPROVED, THE FOLLOWING VENDOR REGISTRATION FEES WILL APPLY:
PICKLE VENDOR - $150 (12x12)*Primary item is pickles. Must provide FREE samples
R EGULAR VENDOR - $200 (12x12) *Some pickle themed items preferred, not required
FOOD VENDOR - $450 (24x18)*Must include one pickle themed menu item **ALL FOOD VENDOR SPACES ARE FULL FOR THIS EVENT
* If you need more than the allotted space, you will need to purchase two spaces at time of registration.
*Electricity Package is $40 and MUST be added at time of formal registration (not here) and includes access to Basic 7 Amp power within 25 feet (Bring your own cord). Larger power is not available. Quiet generators are permitted in food vendor row only.
*Vendors who apply will receive a confirmation email that their application was received. Vendors who are APPROVED will receive an INVITATION to Register, and payment will be collected at that time. If registration is not made within 7 days, you'll risk losing your approval.
Returning vendor deadline is November 12, 2023.
Absolute Vendor Application Deadline For All Vendors is February 9, 2024.
All spaces are outside, most under pavilions (not food vendors).
While there are NO REFUNDS, in the event of serious emergency or weather event, we will consider transferring vendor fee to another event.
