Qoya is based on the simple idea that through movement we have the opportunity to remember our deepest essence as wise, wild and free! 
"Wise" draws on the ancient wisdom of yoga. "Wild" draws on the creative expression found in dance. And "freedom" expands our capacity to remain present in our bodies. Qoya has nothing to do with what you look like and everything to do with how you feel and is less of a dance class and more of an inner road map back to embodiment. About Lindsay:
Lindsay is a yoga teacher, a Qoya teacher, a massage therapist, a mom and is wildly passionate about all things healing and embodiment. After living and teaching yoga and qoya in the Asheville, NC area, Lindsay is very excited to share her passion for dance, yoga and movement with the Wilmington community! Lindsay currently manages Relax Massage Therapy and Skin Care and lives just outside of Wilmington with her son and pup. In her free time, she loves to drink tea, spend time with family and friends and be outside, especially by the water.
