This Residential Retreat

This silent retreat is an immersion of well-being and sanity through the gifts of the Dharma and Radiant Heart Qigong.

We will connect to the Qigong and dharma as embodied presence with centering and grounding skills.

Each day will include contemplative practice and restorative Qigong, with periods of sitting and walking meditation.

Meditation instructions are offered each day, along with time for questions and inquiry.

Teja will offer daily dharma talks that support the central themes of the retreat.

Registration Fee - Deadline to Register is April 26th, 2024

*** As of March 1, 2024, registering at $600 will not longer prioritize you for a single room. We apologize, but the number of rooms at the Jesuit Center is less than the number of folks who SBMG pays for to attend and we need folks who are willing to share.

Cost:

  • Supporting (paying to support the cost of the retreat to SBMG, support scholarships) -- $600
  • Sustaining (paying for the retreat at cost) -- $525
  • Supported (paying slightly below cost) -- $450

Choose the highest level of the sliding scale that you can afford. This allows others who need to pay less the opportunity to attend. Any amount paid above the base level retreat ($) fee is a tax-deductible donation to SBMG.

Retreat Details

  • Please note that this retreat is limited to 50 retreatants.
  • We will prioritize single rooms to the highest registration fee. One of the residence buildings, Oak Hall, is a LEED-certified building, has 12 rooms (6 rooms per floor), with one floor dedicated for men and one for women. This building requires a roommate.
  • The Jesuit Center offers vegetarian food and can accommodate vegans, gluten-free and no dairy or eggs. Each dorm contains refrigerators, so animal protein or speciality foods can be stored as needed for retreatants.

Dana (generosity):

Your teacher and staff for this retreat are paid only through your donations. The registration fee below only covers accommodations, meals, and certain administrative expenses. At the end of the retreat, please share generously so that these kinds of events can continue in the future and your teachers can be well supported in their livelihoods.
