PWAP X The Heal Room: Make Your Own Burner Dish + Yoga Flow & Meditation

Join us for this relaxing and creative class with The Heal Room in Providence RI! This class includes a yoga flow, meditation, and sound bath healing followed by a sculpt session where you make and decorate your very own incense/smoke cleansing (smudging) burner dish.

First, an expert from The Heal Room will lead you a 20 minute yoga flow and meditation that will include sound bath healing meant to relax the nervous system and open up our creative flows.

Then, one of our expert teachers will show you how to sculpt and decorate your very own incense/smoke cleansing (smudging) burner dish. At this class, you'll learn pottery basics to help make your burner dish and how to use smoke cleansing tools in your mental and physical wellness routine. Plus, you can choose betweenpalo santo or loose leaf sage from The Heal Room's selection to take home and use with your new handclayed burner dish.

Each ticket includes:

• 20 minute Yoga Flow, Meditation, Sound Bath Healing session guided by an expert from The Heal Room

• 1.5 hour workshop on pottery making basics and step-by-step instructions on how to build, and then paint, your very burner dish
