Golf Ireland is proud to present Putt In Pride, a social golf event for members of the LGBTQIA+ community. It takes place in the Driving Range of Leopardstown Golf Course at 7pm.

It is for beginners, seasoned Pro's and everyone in between! There will be music, nibbles, PGA Pro's giving golf instructions on the night. You will move to a new Pro every 20 minutes - speed dating for skills! And if you want to test yourself there will also be a fun bay for nearest the pin, longest drive and beat the pro competitions.
Training will be provided to facilitators and coaches so it will be a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment. And most of all fun!

Come and hit your first ball, improve your swing, have a boogie in between shots, eat cake, and enjoy golf!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to Bring Golf Clubs With Me?

If you have them, bring them along, if you don't, there will be clubs to borrow on the night.

What should I wear on the night? Do I have to wear golf clothes?

You can wear whatever you feel comfortable to sport in, clothes that allow you to swing a club comfortably, and shoes you can stand and generate power in - so walking, gym or training shoes.

What standard of golf do I need for this event?

All standards are welcome, if you've never swung a club before to Pro's. We will have PGA pro's onsite for group coaching, attendees can also step away from the coaching at any point and use the bays/ Trackman system to practice their own drills/technique.
