A Scramble is a stroke play tournament or in this case a mini putting tournament, in which a team of four players all putt and then one player’s putt is selected as the team’s official putt. If one of the first four putts (could be the first putt or the fourth putt) is holed out then the team score is 1. If not, then the team selects the best putt ( closest to the hole) and all team members putt again. This sequence continues until a putt is holed out.
Examples:
1) The team selects the order in which the team will putt. The player designated to putt first, hits the putt and it goes in!!! The team score is” I “and the team moves on to the next green.
2) All team members miss their first putt. The team chooses the putt closest to the hole and the team prepares to putt again. This time the first two players miss their putts but the third player makes the putt. The team score is “2” and the team moves on to the next green.
