This one day event is a community-driven effort to help strengthen Cincinnati’s workforce by providing each attendee with the inspiration to help push your career forward while pulling up the next generation. Keynote speaker Wendy May, Senior Vice President of Sales at Cintas, will deliver the skills essential to effectively build your own brand in order to create and maintain success in your career. With over 13 years of experience, Wendy has helped develop the brands of multiple proteges including Managers, Directors, and Sales Vice Presidents at Cintas and she is ready to share her truths with you! In 2016 Wendy was recognized by the Ohio Diversity Council with the Most Powerful and Influential Woman Award, and for the past two years the National Diversity Council of Ohio has ranked her in the Top 15 Business Women category.
