🐶 Bring your own mat and water. Leashed dog-friendly pups welcome. You do not need to bring a dog to attend, you can just come to enjoy the workout and other people's pets.

Registration starts at 9:45 with class starting at 10. You will have 30 minutes of yoga and 30 minutes of boxing fusion. Beginners are welcome, we always say the workout is optional, just have fun!
