Whether you’re a serious yogi or just need a little puppy therapy, we’ve got you covered! Sanctuary Rescue is hosting Puppy Yoga at our new rescue resource center, Liz’s Place. Let our fun, funny, fuzzy, and adorable rescue pups delight you while you stretch, pose, breathe, and relax. No yoga experience necessary, just a love for puppy breath!

Frequently asked questions

Is this a "real" yoga class?

Yes! A certified yoga instructor will be leading the class. Of course how much actual yoga you do is up to you!

Should I bring a yoga mat?

Yes! We have a couple to loan out but they go quickly, so if you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along!

What if I've never done yoga before?

No problem, neither have the puppies! Come try your best or just lay on your mat and cuddle a cutie.

How old do you need to be to participate in puppy yoga?

Our puppy yoga event is for ages 15-115!

Where are you located?

We are located at Liz's Place Rescue Resource Center, 16916 Hull Street Road, Moseley, Va 23120. Going west on Hull Street we are approximately two miles past Woodlake and right before Magnolia Green behind the Maya's Market Exxon. We are the middle building next to the mailboxes.
