Come join us for a morning of yoga, play, and puppy love!

Experience an unforgettable morning at DTLA Dog Days, where Downward Dog takes on a whole new meaning! In partnership with Laughing Frog Yoga, the DTLA Alliance presents an immersive yoga experience, featuring six adorable puppies to enhance your practice.

For the safety and comfort of all involved, please refrain from bringing your own dog to Puppy Yoga. Owners who bring their dog will be denied entry to participate in Puppy Yoga. However, rest assured, as our participating puppies are well-socialized and ready to join in the fun!

Families with children are welcome to participate. Minors under 18 must have a legal guardian present and complete a waive on their behalf.

Limited free yoga mat rentals will be available for participants. Space is limited and this event is expected to sell out.

Please note that refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Can I bring my dog to Puppy Yoga?

To ensure the safety of all participants, please DO NOT bring your dogs to class as you will be denied entry. Puppies must be socialized in an appropriate setting to feel safe and comfortable.

Where does Puppy Yoga take place at DTLA Dog Days?

Puppy Yoga will take place on the Pershing Square lawn (532 S. Hill Street). There is parking below Pershing Square, as well as portable restrooms available for participants.

Are my children able to participate?

Yes! Laughing Frog Yoga classes are catered towards all-levels and ages. Beginners to advanced yogis are welcome. Children are welcome to attend class. All minors below 18 will need a legal guardian to fill out a liability waiver form on their behalf to attend class.

Can I be refunded if I can no longer attend?

All sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, credits, or date switches. If you can no longer attend class you are more than welcome to transfer your tickets to friends. Refund requests may be considered on a case-to-case basis.

Will yoga mats be provided?

We encourage participants to bring their own yoga mats. However, a limited amount of free yoga mat rentals will be available to pick-up and return to the DTLA Alliance tent.

Will there be puppy playtime after yoga?

Yes! The entire experience is 1.5 hours, with the last 30-minutes dedicated for puppy playtime and selfies!
