Turn the lights down low, prepare a glass, and unfurl your yoga mat in the safety and comfort of your own home for this enchanting yin yoga experience that will help you release, connect, and relax. Erin Sonn, M.Ed., ERYT, owner of eat.YOGA.drink. will lead you in this online, luscious, mindful sipping and stretching experience and will share a Halloween-inspired playlist for you to enjoy ambiently. Each ticket includes a bottle of Rough Day Wine of your choosing: Rosé, Chardonnay, or Cabernet. Local orders within 5 miles of the 22206 zip code will be delivered. All other orders will be invited to pick up the wine goody bags at an Arlington address provided. If you&#x27;re out of the DMV area, or wish to consume your own beverage mindfully, you can purchase a Yin-Only ticket by sending $15 to @eatYOGAdrink on Venmo with the words &quot;Yin Only&quot; and your email address, to which we&#x27;ll send the WebEx link for class.
