<h2>W﻿e CAN&#x27;T WAIT to see you back at the Pumpkin Smash this November! We will be returning with all of your favorites, plus some new activities (axe throwing anyone?)</h2><h1>Don&#x27;t TRASH it, SMASH it! </h1><h3>The Pumpkin SMASH is returning to Idaho Springs this November 2022, with FREE entrance and FREE activities! Keep your pumpkin from ending up in a landfill, while having fun and making memories! All pumpkins smashed at the event will be taken to a commercial compositing site (and stopped from becoming trash!) </h3><p>THIS YEARS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:</p><ul><li>Axe Throwing (Hosted by Throw2Go)</li><li>Smash Center </li><li>Slingshots </li><li>Archery</li><li>Pumpkin Pinatas</li><li>Obstacle Course </li><li>Pumpkin Hole </li><li>Tattoo Station (temporary) </li><li>Chicken Poo Bingo</li><li>Bounce House</li><li>Skating &amp; More!</li></ul><p>When you are ready for a break from all the fun, you can warm up around the fire pits, with a Pumpkin Beer from Tommyknockers Brewery or spiced cider crafted by The Spice &amp; Tea Exchange! Don&#x27;t forget about lunch, we&#x27;ve made sure you have plenty of choices from Adventure Basecamp Mobile Food Truck, Square Peg Catering, and Pheastly, and you&#x27;ll want to finish it all off with a dessert from Lucky Mary’s Baking and Sweets Company!</p><h3>This year’s Pumpkin SMASH would not be possible without the generous support from our sponsors, AFS, Beau Jo&#x27;s,  Idaho Springs Chamber of Commerce, Idaho Springs, Colorado, Tommyknocker Brewery, Cooper&#x27;s on the Creek, Henderson Mine, Kellie Moore - State Farm, ARGO Mill and Tunnel, The Spice &amp; Tea Exchange, Main Street Cafe, and The Frothy Cup! We are also grateful to be able to bring this event to you as a 21st Century Community Learning Centers Grant Event! </h3><h3>THANK YOU TO OUR 2022 SMASH PARTNERS &amp; VOLUNTEERS - Including Scraps-to-Soil, Neighborhood Compost Club, Mountain Youth Network, Clear Creek County Library District, Clear Creek Fire Authority, Purple Bucket Compost, and Evergreen Sustainability Alliance! </h3><p>Parking &amp; Shuttle Information - Parking directly next to the site is very limited. Please plan to utilize the  FREE shuttle service that will be running from 10:45am to 3:30pm. . Our local community is encouraged to walk or bike to the event! </p><p>Please ensure you do NOT park in any spaces that are marked residential.  Please note, that parking in several of the areas listed below are Paid Parking.  </p><p>Shuttle service will start at 10:45 am. Last return shuttle will be at 3pm. Shuttle&#x27;s will pick up at the following locations throughout the day: </p><ul><li>Macey Ruth Mill Park</li><li>Clear Creek Rec Center (98 12th Avenue) MAIN OVERFLOW PARKING - PLEASE PARK IN THE DIRT LOT LOCATED BY THE REC CENTER AS POSSIBLE.</li><li>Hwy 103 City Lot (paid parking)</li><li>Corner of 17th &amp; Colorado</li><li>Courtney Riley Park (2350 Colorado Blvd)</li></ul><p></p><p></p>
