Pumpkin Patch Train Rides

Pumpkin Patch Train Rides is our celebration of Fall! As the weather cools and the leaves change we hope you'll join us for trains, seasonal treats, and pumpkins!

Pumpkin Patch Train Rides features:

• Two 15 minute train rides on your choice of Caboose or Open Air Car
• A special exhibit of operating Lionel trains by the Flower City Tinplate Trackers
• Food from Reservoir Dogz, including seasonal treats like kettle corn and hot cider
• Our festive "pumpkin patch" where kids can pick out their own pumpkin to take home
• Complimentary juice boxes and cookies

During your visit, you will also have access to:

• The largest collection of preserved railroad equipment in New York State
• Our restoration shop, where we work to bring railroad history back to life
• Exhibits on railroad history and operations, and numerous cars to explore
• A gift shop stocked with refreshments and souvenirs for train buffs of all ages

Trains will depart every half-hour from 10:00am until 3:00pm. A vintage diesel train will take you from Industry Depot to our hilltop restoration yard where you will find snacks, exhibits, and more! Trains will depart ever half hour to take you back to your car. Plan for at least an hour for your visit, with the last return train leaving the hilltop at 3:45pm.
