Guided by Humanity (GBH) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization supporting holistic health and wellness through yoga and mindfulness programming. We specialize in adapting traditional yoga practices for those with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities, seniors and youthswho are at risk of being failed by one or more adults.

For the love of PUGS! Join us for a FUNdraising event for Colorado Pug Rescue.

Colorado Pug Rescue (CPR) is an all volunteer organization established in 1995 by members of a Denver-area pug dog club who were concerned about the welfare of their breed. CPR works to recover pugs from private relinquishments, shelters, and other sources throughout Colorado and in surrounding states. We network with surrounding states to rescue, medically and emotionally treat, and place pug dogs.

CPR has teamed up with Guided By Humanity a local non-profit that offers yoga and mindfulness to underserved communities throughout the Denver Metro, specializing in working with youth, seniors and persons with intellectual and physical disabilities. 

Together CPR and GBH are offering an exciting new fundraising event- yoga with pugs! 

Show your support of Colorado Pug Rescue and get your zen on!

Hosted by Brewability Lab! With purchase of ticket, you will receive one free craft beer with ID over 21 years old, smiles for miles and an amazing yoga flow class with PUGS! 

Doors open at 10:00am as participants will be able to register, snuggle and learn more about Colorado Pug Rescue adoptions. 
11:00am-12:00pm-Yoga for everyBODY class with Guided By Humanity and PUGS. 
*Please feel welcome to bring your pug or pugs! All that we ask is that your pug/pugs has up to date vaccinations and over 3 months old.
12:00pm-1:00pm-Open to community to come by and say hi to CPR Pugs. 

Food will be available to order from neighboring restaurant, ZOMO an American Asian eatery. 

CPR and Guided By Humanity will also have merchandise to purchase. 

All proceeds go directly to support Colorado Pug Rescue!
