Public ReadAround, Spring Writers

Please join us for a Public ReadAround celebrating our spring writers, featuring women sharing their written stories and current works-in-progress. Friends, family, and folks who are interested in supporting and being a part of our writing community are welcome. We're celebrating our own metamorphoses, our personal transformations, within a changing world. Join us for an intimate sharing as we tell the new stories of our lives.

This writing is a generosity and a gift from writers to listeners, and we welcome everyone to enjoy these beautiful words.

  • WHAT: Women writers reading their works-in-progress
  • WHEN: Sunday, May 5, 2024
  • TIME: 2-4 p.m.
  • WHERE: In-person event at Women Writing for (a) Change campus
  • Pick up a copy of our latest Anthology of (a) river rising (And Justice for All)

Please come out and support these writing sisters at this celebratory event for Women Writing for (a) Change, Jacksonville. You can also pick up a journal or two from our METAMORPHOSIS Art Exhibition, as well as Vols. 3, 4, and 5 of our Anthology, (a) river rising.

All proceeds support our efforts to use writing as a tool to build a more conscious, connected community. Hope to see you there, and thanks for the support.
