The Brilliant Club

Researchers are increasingly called on to show the effect of their research on an individual, community, the development of policy, or the creation of new products and services. The Brilliant Club is convening free workshops to discuss the best ways of doing public-facing research projects. 
Wednesday 6 December - Paper and roundtable with ESRC Impact Champion Briony Turner (King's College London). Briony founded Intrepid Explorers, an initiative in university departments sharing stories from field research to encourage broader engagement. She was named the ESRC Impact Champion for this work and its great outcomes. 
All PhD and early career researchers welcome. Tea, coffee and mince pies provided. The seminar will be followed by informal drinks.
