[PTI] Annual Convening: Feb 2018

The 2018 Annual Convening kicks off year three in PTI. This convening will focus on deepening program momentum and laying the groundwork for sustainability; while also celebrating progress to date. Jerry Penso, MD, President of AMGA, and Marc Manashil, Leadership Consultant, will share with us how we as change agents can use the principles of adaptive leadership and culture change to support transformation work in our organizations and practices. We will also discuss effective strategies to drive ROI by managing ED Utilization. The meeting will also include breakouts on practice facilitation and leadership.
