If you are an inventor or new to PTAB proceedings, come and learn about all aspects of ex parte appeals, AIA trials, and PTAB operations.Our inaugural episode of the Inventor Hour webinar will provide an overview of the Patent Trial and Appeal Board to give a foundation for the webinar series. Each episode thereafter will teach the basics about some aspect of an ex parte appeal and/or an AIA trial for those new to PTAB proceedings. Episodes also will feature useful and interesting information such as PTAB statistics, practice tips, and Board history. Additionally, episodes will introduce a judge and/or PTAB staff member so you can learn more about the Board’s decision-makers and those working behind the scenes. In short, Inventor Hour webinars will offer something for everyone! Come check out the first episode and see how this webinar series can enrich your understanding of PTAB.
