What experience level should I be to participate in the workshop?

Accepted Answer

We recommend intermediate to advanced level dancers-- at least 4 years of dance experience. 
No acrobatic/gymnastics  or choreographic experience is necessary but an open mind is a must! 
Ultimately anyone is welcome and we are happy to discuss with you personally if this workshop is a good fit!

What is your refund policy

Accepted Answer

-Full refund before May 20th

-1/2 refund after between May 20th and July 1st

-No refund after July 1st

This policy applies to all participants regardless of personal circumstances.

Question 3

What does performing in Psychopomp's festival mean?

Accepted Answer

As a participant in this workshop each day we will be working together (participants, psychopomp artists and our director) to craft a new work to be performed on Friday night of our festival. 
The workshop's work will be presented alongside other dance works for a sold out audience of Angelenos.

Question 4

I'm nervous- I am not acrobatic!

Accepted Answer

You do not need any acrobatic or floorwork experience to enjoy and excel in our workshop. 
Part of Psychopomp's ethos is creating space for every artist to show their strengths and thrive. We will be with you every step of the way, supporting you and offering scalable options for all participants!
