During this interactive workshop, you’ll practice tuning into your impressions and putting those experiences into words. With Gabby’s guidance, you’ll have space to explore, ask questions, and share what you notice in a welcoming environment.

Together, we’ll explore how to:

• Slow down and bring your attention to the object you’re holding.
• Notice feelings, images, words, or sensations without rushing to interpret them.
• Describe and reflect on your impressions.
• Approach intuitive practice with curiosity and an open mind.

Whether you’re new to intuitive exploration or looking for an opportunity to practice, this class invites you to get curious and enjoy the experience. No prior experience is needed.
