After a few years teaching adult learning courses on several topics of Psychology, I realised there are many of us with so much to talk about, whether it is our own lives, family and friends' or we just want to discuss what makes people do what they do, feel what they feel and think the way they think.
In this meet up the topic will be how childish things make for happier adults.
We will have a guided discussion on how you can use games and other activities to enhance your wellbeing and get access to deeper parts of ourselves.
Participation is highly encouraged however disclosing personal issues is not necessary, just opinions, questions and any life experience you want to bring to the table!
