In this mini course, we&#x27;ll provide a foundation and clear understanding of common psychic traits we experience in the collective. Heather will introduce the common clair-senses, and how to develop your psychic and intuitive nature in a safe, supportive way for the body. We&#x27;ll also discuss the foundation of the chakra system, and establish the basics to understanding our energetic channels, auric field, and light bodies.

This mini course will include a wisdom share on psychic and intuitive development, resources and practice materials to support your process moving forward, and close with an energy healing activation. 

In this mini course, you&#x27;ll gain a better interpretation of how to work with your intuitive and psychic senses, respect the flow of your natural process, and understand how to maintain balance in an open state. We&#x27;ll discuss the subtle differences and importance of developing your intuition alongside your psychic traits. 

This mini course is intended to:
- strengthen your intuition 
- provide understanding of clair-senses 
- heighten your awareness of what is already present
- activate your process
- provide you with practical tools for practice
- anchor you in a grounded perspective
- safely support your psychic development

This workshop is intended to provide information that may validate or bring understanding to your living experiences from a grounded, heart-open perspective.
