Come evolve out loud, sit with others, and find grounding as you integrate at your own pace.

Eleanor Evans Medina is a marriage and family therapist, writer, and guide for non-ordinary states of consciousness. Her work combines psychology, ecology, and spirituality, weaving clinical training with ancient nature-based practices for our modern world. She is the founder of The Makaranda Method, a holistic therapy and coaching practice in Colorado, where she and her team offer personalized healing, integration support, and holistic care. Eleanor also serves on the capital development team for Coba Bathhouse, an upcoming healing and community space in Denver.
