From the products and services we offer NOW to what's NEXT--business beyond being an AV integrator, building top line growth and delivering customer business outcomes. This is a must-attend conference for sales, integration, and technical support frontline managers.

Hotel Reservations

A rate of $169 per night single/double room has been arranged at the Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria Hotel. Reservations must be made no later than Friday, January 19, 2018, subject to availability. Make your reservations online today. Reference the PSNI Supersummit for the PSNI rate of $169.00 per night.

FAQs

Who should attend?

PSNI affiliate owners, principals, and managers are ideal attendees. Participating PVPs who are engaged with PSNI affiliates should also attend--your knowledge and insight are part of the value we collectively deliver to the end-user. The more we are in lockstep with each other the more powerful we are as a network.

PVPs are limited to two per company. Affiliates are limited to eight per company.

Affiliates should register everyone who will be attending from your company except those individuals who will be attending the event as part of a committee meeting. Appointed committee attendees will have air/hotel/onsite ground transportation arranged and paid by PSNI. Committee members will not be charged for attendance at the event. Do not register their attendance.

How much does it cost to attend?

As in the past, affiliates will be invoiced after the event for attendees. The cost for 1-3 attendees is $900.00. Additional attendees per company are $250.00 each. The cost is low so each member can bring more attendees.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Westin Oaks Houston at the Galleria is located just 20 miles from William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and 25 miles from George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). From either airport, a variety of transportation options available including private car service, taxis, and airport shuttle. SuperShuttle is the recommended airport shuttle provider; reservations can be made online at www.supershuttle.com or by calling them directly.

Once you’ve arrived, we recommend using taxis to travel throughout the city, although you'll find that many shops and attractions are within walking distance from our doors.

What's the invoicing policy?

Affiliates will be invoiced based on the registration information. Cancellations must be received seven days in advance of the event or the initial registration amount will be charged.

Who can attend the Stockholders meeting?

Only affiliate and member principals.
