About this event
The workshop will cover when, why, and how to prune; tree assessment, proper cuts, developing good branching habits, looking for defects, correcting problems, and how much to prune. Working on real trees in the field will help participants improve this important skill. Instructor Ozzie Coor will host a short lecture followed by a brief shuttle van ride to a local small orchard for a hands-on portion to the class.
