Join us for a free pruning workshop. We will mainly discuss fruit tree pruning, but general pruning tips will be given as well.

This event will cover basic pruning principles for woody plants. The focus will be on fruiting plants, but all pruning questions will be welcome. You will have the opportunity to see the proper way to maintain your apple trees, blueberry plants, peach trees, muscadine grapevines, and pear trees in order to be more successful in growing these plants for fruit production.We will start with an overview of general pruning practices that pertain to all pruning jobs, then discuss and demonstrate how to prune different types of fruiting plants.A large portion of this event will be outside so please dress accordingly. If weather is such that the event has to be cancelled you will be notified through Eventbrite the day before the event.We look forward to seeing you there!!
