As we enter summer 2021 with new leadership, the advent of our Science Advisory Fellowship, and the promise of returning to our stages later this year, The Story Collider is feeling positive! That&#x27;s why we&#x27;re celebrating with our first annual Proton Prom.Story Collider&#x27;s Gastor Almonte (PBS&#x27;s Stories from the Stage, Comedy Central), will host this epic celebration of science storytelling at Caveat that will be livestreamed into your homes. Join us online at 7 pm ET on Thursday, June 3, to:<ul><li>Enjoy hilarious, moving, and powerful stories as five of Story Collider&#x27;s most popular storytellers from the past eleven years take the stage at Caveat</li><li>Don your best fancy science attire and show off your look in our virtual photo booth </li><li>Participate in our live donation drive to benefit Story Collider&#x27;s live shows, our free weekly podcast, and our workshop program, through which hundreds of scientists develop storytelling skills to improve their science communication every year</li></ul>With the purchase of an After Prom ticket, you can also join us for our after party with the storytellers, hosted by Paula Croxson (neuroscientist and award-winning science communicator).Story Collider is a 501(c)(3) organization As such, the amount of your donation in excess of $20 is tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
