This workshop is offered by the small business program at the SF LGBT Center in partnership with Aharoni Business Law, PC.

Join business and intellectual property attorney Galia Aharoni Schmidt and learn about all things IP.

In this workshop, you'll learn the basics of the main four types of intellectual property -- copyright, trademark, trade secret, and patent -- including how they work, what rights you have and when, how to protect your intellectual property, and what to do if someone infringes your rights.

Galia Aharoni Schmidt is the founding attorney of Aharoni Business Law, PC. ABL works with entrepreneurs to relieve stress and protect their futures by providing in-house counsel services adapted to the needs of each individual small business.

These services include forming new entities like LLCs and Corporations, drafting client contracts and independent contractor agreements, preparing employment handbooks and other documents to prevent employee lawsuits, and protecting intellectual property.
