This conference seeks to challenge the current regulatory crisis in the UK. Drawing on insights from the Violation Tracker UK, the most comprehensive database of corporate malpractice in the UK, we will explore the extent of the crisis and how growing incidences of malpractice have emerged in line with falling levels of enforcement.
