Richard Green is an Air Force Veteran and seasoned business professional with over 20 years of experience leading and managing company growth objectives, strategic & tactical planning, organizational change management, and training. He has a long track record of successfully managing virtual and on-site teams and leading activities for contract work streams and company initiatives. His experience includes managing the development of multiple simultaneous proposals ranging in size from small Task Orders to multi-million-dollar Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts.

Amanda "Mandy" Thompson is the Vice President of Growth Services for JJR Solutions in Dayton, OHmandy.thompson@jjrsolutions.com

She is responsible for contract strategy, pricing, and security. Amanda brings experience as an Air Force Contracting Officer and Cost Analyst as well as experience as a Senior Subcontracts Manager at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory. She is very passionate about our industry and is always looking to learn and share information to improve our very important mission.
