Join us for this popular class learning the ins and outs of propagating California native plants from seed. This hands-on workshop covers basic seed physiology, seed viability, germination cues and pretreatments, sowing and aftercare.
This informative course is suitable for both professionals and anyone interested in learning propagation techniques for their home or community garden. Each student will take home the seeds they’ve sown! All materials provided. Class includes a tour of TPF seed facilities.

This class takes place indoors and outdoors. Please wear closed-toed shoes, bring water and sun-protection.
