Join us at Wild Hope Kids Camp for Promise Ranch 2024!!
Kids 5-12 will enjoy this fun half day camp on our beautiful prairie ranch in Wellington. Each day we will have hands on animal time, snack, take home craft, plenty of excercise, games and a story time that connects to one of the animals here at the ranch. We will discover a special promise from God for every day of the week:
Monday: You are loved!
Tuesday: You are a masterpiece!
Wednesday: You are not alone!
Thursday: You are cared about!
Friday: You are a difference maker!
Our chickens, goats, pigs, horses, and rabbit (Mr Big Fluffy!) are so looking forward to meeting your kids, and we promise to provide an inclusive, unique, fun, and enriching camp!! See you at the ranch!!

Frequently asked questions

Will there be horseback riding?

No, this is a non-riding camp. We will have hands on time with horses and other animals, but we will not ride at this camp. We can recommend some wonderful local riding camps for you.

Why is this camp so cheap, is it low quality?

We purposefully keep our camps as low cost as possible, because we want ANYONE to be able to experience wild hope, wild healing, and wild fun with us here on the ranch. We provide an extremely high quality, safe, and yes, affordable camp.

Can my child attend all three camps (June, July, and August)?

No, please only choose (1) week long camp for your child to attend. Lets give everyone a chance to enjoy camp. Mrs Lindsay reviews every single registration and she will know if you register for more than one week long camp and will contact you to help you choose only one.

Do you offer sibling discounts for camp?

Yes we do. Email us for more details and help registering sibling groups: linds@wildhopecolorado.com

Is this camp accessible for all abilities?

Yes in most cases. We may request our friends with different abilities have a caregiver attend camp or stay on the premises with us. There is an area on our registration form where you can indicate special needs, IEP, or IBP. We will reach out to come up with a plan together.

My kids will attend camp, you are far away from my house, can I stay during camp?

Yes unless it becomes disruptive to our campers. You and any younger siblings may stay. We have a special area set up for younger children and parents to hang out and rest during camp. Keep in mind we are15 minutes from Wellington that has parks, splash park, food, and shopping.

My children love your camp and want to come back, can we visit?

Yes, we try to schedule a few fun days and special activities for our friends out here on the ranch. follow our facebook page and visit our website for updates. Individual sessions can be scheduled with Mrs Lindsay as well, reach out through email.

What is the "Star Appreciation Night" ?

It is a Saturday night August 10th at 7pm-9pm that all campers (and their families) are invited to. We will have a bonfire (if fire regulations allow, if not we will use a propane fire) we will provide smores, and celebrate what we learned at camp. The stars are amazing out here, we hope you join.
