Join us for this energizing opportunity to help students build confidence and identify areas for improvement in order to prepare them for REAL job interviews!
Project Stepping Stone is a one-week college prep and professional development program for Indiana’s top Hispanic/Latine high school students. During the PSS week, students participate in professional development sessions like Mock Interviews & Mock Networking Etiquette. Join PSS as we partner with the Organization of Latinx at Lilly (OLA).
We encourage you to invite other colleagues to join.
Free parking is on the west side of S. Alabama Street in the Lot 98 Visitor Parking Lot. For more information, please contact Kathy Cabello (projectsteppingstone.indiana@gmail.com).

You only need to bring yourself and your photo ID! PSS will provide printed copies of interview questions, along with a feedback rubric to use as you assess students during the interview.
Yes. There is free Visitor Parking at Lilly Research Laboratories (500 S Alabama St., Indianapolis, IN 46225) on the west side of S. Alabama St at Lot 98 Visitor Parking. A detailed parking map will be provided upon registration.
100% and you are strongly encouraged to do so! Many local companies and corporations partner with Project Stepping Stone each year to volunteer with Mock Interviews. Each individual will need to register here.
