As a society, we work hard & play…not so hard
The mid-week, after-work rave is a chance to de-stress from your day
- NO experience required
- All you need is a body & a desire to rave it. Everyone is welcome
- Leave thoughts, worries & stresses at the door – Dance, move, stay still, laugh, cry – your body, your way
The music will be loud, the lights will be low
These sessions are held by experienced movement & dance practitioners

We are very fortunate to be able to use the 2Faced Dance Company's beautiful space! This is an accessible space that allows us to offer inclusive movement sessions.
