Project Manager Training

The Foster Family Center for Engineering Service Learning is UC Merced's cornerstone experiential learning experience program. We offer the community free workshops and skill sessions on topics ranging from professional development to technical data analysis and microcontroller programming.

Engineering Service Learning

The project manager training covers all Engineering Service Learning procedural policies and delegation techniques. Project Managers run the projects and their meetings. They are responsible for delegating all the various tasks to make the project a success. During this training, setting and achieving goals, conducting meetings, and managing a diverse group of people will be covered.
This workshop is mandatory for all Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers for all Engineering Service Learning teams.
