This series will be presented in three sessions. You must register for each session individually. You may attend one, two or all three as each is an independent program.
Objectives:
- Explain triple constraint and how this relates to projects.
- Construct a work breakdown structure and identify the critical path of a project.
- Learn techniques to manage project changes including scope creep.
