Project Harmony

I present to you, Project Harmony — it’s not a movement, it’s not a revolution, it is a way of being. Project Harmony is a nonprofit giveaway initiative organized by local wellness practitioners, cultural leaders, land strewards and business owners. Project Harmony was created to promote unity, conscious living and to combat starvation/ lack of nourishment. We believe full nourishment doesn't only come from healthy foods, but healthy relationships starting with the Self. Our mission is to nourish the mind, body, and spirit of our community.

Obtaining a ticket acts as a wavier of consent to be videotaped or photographed during this event unless you express not to via email or upon arrival.

A. I consent and authorize Project Harmony, located at Kirby Lane Park, 1822 W Saratoga St Baltimore, MD 21223 to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media (“Photos”) taken or to be taken on Aug 1 2026 (rain date Aug 2) while attending Project Harmony's community event, in any and all of its publications, including print or web-based publications.

B. I irrevocably authorize Project Harmony to copy, edit, enhance, crop, or otherwise alter any Photo for use in their publications. I also waive any rights for approval or inspection of any Photos.

C. I understand and agree that all Photos are the property of Project Harmony, and will not be returned to me.

D. I acknowledge that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the Photos.

E. I agree to release and forever discharge Project Harmony and its affiliates, successors and assigns, officers, employees, representatives, partners, agents and anyone claiming through them, in their individual and/or corporate capacities from any and all claims, liabilities, obligations, promises, agreements, disputes, demands, damages, causes of action of any nature or kind, known or unknown, which I, and anyone claiming on behalf of me, may have or claim to have against Release in connection with this Release.

I have carefully read and fully understand all the provisions of this Photo Release Form and am freely, knowingly and voluntarily agreeing to this contract by obtaining a ticket..
