Progressive HackNight at ThoughtWorks

Progressive HackNightis a free event in New York that mobilizes tech workers for good.At Progressive HackNight, we design, plan, and organize around technology that addresses inequity and promotes a society that works for all.We take a strong stance that technology that breeds injustice and oppression should be dismantled. Our bi-weekly hacknights, open source projects, and issue-based campaigns educate and empower advocates and tech workers to create progressive change.

Progressive HackNight

A physical space for progressive activists, organizers, ux/ui designers, and coders to come together, discus the issues, and work on projects together that will drive the movement forward. </DIV>
</DIV>
This event is open to technologists, organizers, data enthusiasts, ux/ui, creatives, project managers, product managers, coders, etc, of all backgrounds/experiences. 
Food will be provided!

6:30p - 6:50p : registration, networking (mingle!)
6:50p - 7:10p : announcements, introductions, discussions
7:10p - 7:30p : Speaker
7:30 - 7:40p : Breakout introduction
7:40p - 9:30p : Breakout
<H2>Breakout Groups</H2>
If you have a breakout group idea, start one by adding it to the ProgHackNight github. There are two types of breakout groups: discussion group and working group.
LEARNING/DISCUSSION GROUP

WORKING GROUP
