Programming The Swing Kettlebell Workshop

Tracy Reifkind first attracted attention in the kettlebell community in 2006 after a weight loss of 120 lbs! Learn how to teach, lead and/or train, 30 minute workouts using only the kettlebell swing in this 3 hour "hands on bell" workshop.  As an attendee you will take away at least a dozen fun and original workouts and the knowledge to design future workouts using the first 100% kettlebell swing only program.  Attendees will also receive a manual with all of the material covered for future reference.  It is a requirement is that each attendee is confident and proficient in performing the kettlebell swing.
One of the most popular needs for a Kettlebell Instructor of group classes is learning how to design fast, efficient and fun workouts and programs for students and clients of all levels of skill and fitness. My methods of programming The Swing make it easy to offer new and fun kettlebell classes or expand the training of existing groups.  This programming can be implemented immediately, and can easily transfer to training one on one clients, or in one's own individual exercise program.

What is Swing only training, why you should do it, and how to begin.
On The Minute Phase 1 workout, plus 2 variations for the more advanced student. (3 routines)
The Swing's basic swing progressions and how to apply them to the previous workouts (3 + routines)
What you thought you knew about the KB swing, but not really! My methods of how to change the intensity of the kettlebell swing in order to create unlimited variables in any one workout, for all levels of students. SwingLean's Give and Take workout and application of these methods as practice. (4 + routines)
How to program and add swing progressions, corrections as practice and workouts in themselves.
Q & A No more swings!
The difference between exercising and training.  
How to design and programming monthly training cycles so students and clients can track progress.
Who is your customer? How to and what to charge for Swing Classes.

There is no better way to learn than to expereince!  Expect to practice hundreds, if not 1000's of swing reps. As stated in the description above, this is a "hands on" workshop, and over the course of the 3 hours we will be doing the workouts, in whole, or in part, that are included in Programming The Swing Manual.
