Program Officer Peer Learning Cohort

This peer learning cohort will include seven virtual sessions between January and September 2024. Sessions will include interactive presentations on data-backed practices, compelling funder examples, guest speakers, and structured time for discussion, reflection, and peer-to-peer learning.

Sessions will take place roughly every five weeks, with two breaks when participants will continue with individual reflection, peer connections, and implementation.

The utility and success of the learning cohort depends on meaningful participation from each member. We ask that each participant register with the intention of attending each of the seven sessions.

Sessions will typically be 2 hours and take place between 12-2pm Pacific/ 1-3pm Mountain/ 2-4pm Central/ 3-5pm Eastern. Please confirm your availability for proposed session dates before registering.

Group Rates: To maximize impact at your organization, participants are encouraged to join with a colleague. If you plan to register with one or more colleagues, please contact CEP (abradley[at]cep.org) for a code to receive a discount off each registrant’s fee. This can be combined with other discounts. Each participant will need to register separately using the discount code. If you’d like to join as a larger group or are interested in custom trainings, please contact CEP.

Refunds: Group cohesion is a key part of the peer learning experience. To encourage full participation, refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis, generally only for medical or family emergencies that prevent the registrant from attending five or more of the seven sessions.
