Code of Ethics Training – Course Overview

NAR mandates that all members complete a 2.5-hour Code of Ethics training every three years to uphold professionalism and integrity within the real estate industry. 


This course covers:

  • The ethical duties REALTORS® owe to clients, customers, and peers
  • Scenario-based discussions to apply ethical principles
  • The structure, significance, and enforcement of the Code of Ethics


Completion of this training ensures members remain in good standing and meet NAR’s requirements.


Fair Housing Training – Course Overview

This engaging and informative two-hour Fair Housing training equips Realtors® with the essential knowledge to comply with Fair Housing laws while promoting ethical and inclusive real estate practices.


Key topics include:

  • The history and lasting impact of housing discrimination
  • Federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and their enforcement
  • Common Fair Housing violations and how to avoid them
  • Understanding implicit bias and how it affects real estate transactions
  • Hot topics in Fair Housing


This course satisfies NAR’s 2-hour Fair Housing training requirement.
